- A non-refundable fee of QAR 1000 is paid upon the registration of any new student in the school. In case the student transfers to another school and wishes to return back, the registration fee is to be paid again.
- Seat registration fees are paid before the end of the current academic year and are deducted from the tuition payment of the first term.
- Books (mandatory fees), uniforms, and transportation fees are not refunded after they have been received.
- Books and uniforms will not be handed out in case their fees have not been paid in advance during the specified time frame. The same applies to using school transportation services.
- Tuition fees are not refunded in case the student is withdrawn from the school during any of the terms.
- Term tuition fees are paid in full regardless of the joining date of the student.
PAYMENT OF SCHOOL BOOKS
Due date for the payment of the school books is before April 13, 2023.

The school provides transportation services to its students as per the below details

- In case of non-compliance with the aforementioned dates, the school reserves the right not to accept the re-registration of the student for the next academic year.
- School fees are the right of the school and remain the obligation of the student after registration whether attendance is full-time or part-time.
- Any fees discount will be cancelled when: Withdrawal during the Academic Year / the withdrawal of one of the siblings.
- In case of any intention or desire to withdraw any student, the school should be notified 2 months prior from the planned withdrawal date clarifying the reasons for the decision
